Where do we ship?

We currently ship worldwide, however restrictions may apply on some of our items.

Does The Pineapple Tree charge customs, taxes or any hidden fees?

The Pineapple Tree currently only charges for the price of purchase. Any additional charges such as customs, taxes and VAT are not taken into account.

Please contact your local customs office to make clear of any restrictions on shipment into your country that may apply.

How long until I receive my item(s)?

It usually takes us 3-5 days to process your order, and an additional 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The majority of orders come within 20 days.

2-4 weeks for delivery?!!

We know that’s a long time to wait but its the only way to provide you, the customer, with products at such cheap prices. To compensate, we offer free postage on all items!

Where is my item(s) coming from?

Most of our items are shipped or flown from China through our carefully selected suppliers. On occasions your item(s) will be shipped from Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once the product has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email on request. Please contact us at thepineappletree@outlook.com for any assistance.

Will my orders come together?

We will always try our best but unfortunately, we do not stock our products in house so it may be that each item you order will be delivered separately.

How much will delivery cost?

All deliveries are free!! It's our way of saying THANK YOU for being a little bit patient for delivery. 

Refunds available?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return period for the majority of our products once they have been received. Please contact us at thepineappletree@outlook.com and we will be happy to help.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so up until the time it has been shipped. After the confirmation email we can no longer make any changes or deal with cancelation requests.
